Our name, logo, and credo
‘Prinos’ means an offering, contribution, homage or tribute, but also an yield, harvest, or product of work (in Romanian).
So, Prinos offers help, guidance, and contribution to allow you to harvest the product of your work, improve your yield, grow your company, evolve as a person.
In ancient Egypt, the ibis was associated with the god Thoth, the deity of wisdom, writing, science, and calculation.
Since Thoth was the patron of scribes and scholars, the ibis also symbolized thought, knowledge, truthful speech, and the transmission of wisdom.
In our times, a bird taking flight symbolizes a journey toward new horizons, the breaking free from constraints, lightness of body and mind, liberation from the past, freedom of thinking, and an invitation to dream.
At Prinos we think changes are easier to do and more impactful when done with wisdom, knowledge, truthful speech, lightness of mind, and freedom of thinking… it always involve letting go of some past and breaking free from some constraints, including some limiting beliefs. Do you ?
This is even more important in this era of industrialization, digitalization, ecology-minded economic development, and AI adoption, wherever we like it or not.
We needed to adapt to several technological waves in just 3-4 decades: Mobiles, Internet, Smart Phones, Cloud/SaaS, Social Networks, IoT, Big Data. Now we face the arrival of AI and humanoid Robots.
The pace of industrial, economic, social, political, and ecological changes increases, the risk of dehumanization also, and this bring fears and negative reactions. Yet, we cannot stop these changes, so we need to adapt, learn, grow, collaborate, to achieve goals, individually and together, and to improve our well-being. Under an "umbrella" of common principles.
