"What kind of contracts is Prinos proposing to its clients?"

For the digitalization advisory, either services/consultancy/expertise part-time contracts, or external administrator for boards (executive search). Part-time can be weekly or monthly, and includes coordination or board meetings, teams follow-ups, interventions, either remotely or on-site following the needs. Also there is some time foreseen to prepare and to wrap-up/minute the meetings. Specific activities can be included also in time&material mode, like preparing a digitalization plan, improving it, recruiting technical or managerial IT profiles, specific follow-up of a team...

All contracts are based on a estimation of the needed interventions, and a daily price. The daily price varies following the size/length of the mission, the content, the urgency, the domain, etc

For the training and coaching, it depends on the content, the extent (hours/days), and the number of people.

"Why combine the digitalization/IT advisory with training and coaching services?"

First, because companies and teams, which are the economic drivers of our industry, are most importantly groups of men working together, thus the human must be kept in the center of the economic activity in general, and especially in the center of technological domains like IT and digitalization (because the relational/emotional brain is often forgotten by technical or IT guys), even more with the arrival of the AI in all industrial domains and all activities of companies. Getting along with, and getting the best of AI, avoiding job-losses, is one of the most important strategies to put in place in every company in the next years.

Second, because we always kept at heart the well-being of teams, collaborators, partners, clients, and we have years of experience in career training, experts recruiting, and life coaching. A team where people are happy and get along together is a winning/performing  team. The personal well-being is more and more important for younger generations, and is a must for professional performance.

"The services seem pretty wide, what if we have a small request ?"

For us every client's request is important, for instance recently we signed a 4 hours contract, 2h preparation and 2h presentation. There is always an initial assessment with the client of the possible mission, which allow giving an estimate of the mission cost.

"What are the diagrams at the right side of this website's pages?"

These diagrams represent concepts described and explained in the "Success Company Culture" training that Prinos is providing. They are not directly related to the content of the page where they appear, but to raise interest and questioning from the website visitors.

     "Why 'Human-Centered' digitalisation?"

As explained in several places in the website, a major problem coming with the technologies is the 'alienation' of people. Depowering, replacement by automation, unfitting by lack of training, are only some of the side effects of the technological waves, including the digitalisation. Every digitalisation strategy should include the answers to the questions "What about the team?", "What about me?", "What about the relationships in the company?"

"Why 'Human-Centered' training? Isn't training always for humans?"

Even if the terms training (in common understanding) is for humans (let's keep aside the training of AI models, or for dogs :-)), the content of the training can be very different. It can be technical (mastering a tool or product for instance), it can be specific to acquire a set of skills, etc... or it can be orientated on improving the results by improving the teams and/or persons (mindset, beliefs, relationships, strategies of success, bridges over roadblocks, etc). The latter is the sense of the expression 'Human-centered training'.

"What 'Ethical' means for AI adoption?

There is a huge debate in the AI community about the side effects of AI adoption in industrial,  economical, scientific environments, and more generally in the human society. One of the side effects is the replacement of people by AI (and soon humanoid robots). As explained in the website, at PRINOS we defend the view "AI should empower people, not replace them". This means continuously train the teams and individuals for AI adoption and usage, build strategies that keep the teams and people in the company, and in the center of activities, keep AI in service of the people and allow them to delegate then verify the work done by AI, etc.

The human-centered values described in the chapter "Training/Coaching=>Core Values" are included in the term 'ethical'. See here the "umbrella" of basic principles. We could have called this "Human-Centered AI Adoption"...
